This website is operated by OpenKids International (“OpenKids”, “we”, “our”), a Singapore-headquartered education platform of TAFA Group. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through www.openkids.co, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

2 · What We Collect

Enquiry forms: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, your target partnership market and timeline, and — only if you choose to share it — an investment budget range. Downloading the Partner Overview asks for your name and email so we can follow up on open territories. Families who message a centre through WhatsApp or WeChat share their details with us on those platforms rather than through a form on this site.

Website usage: anonymous, aggregated events such as page visits and button clicks, plus the country your request originates from. We do not build individual browsing profiles, and our forms never ask for passwords, identity numbers or payment details.

3 · How We Use It

To respond to your enquiry — matching your family with the right centre, or arranging a partnership discovery call.

To understand, in aggregate, how the site performs. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4 · Who Can See It

Your enquiry is shared only with the OpenKids team and the relevant centre or regional partnership director handling your request. Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure with access restricted to authorised staff.

5 · WhatsApp

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy in addition to ours.

6 · Retention & Your Rights

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to serve your request and our legitimate business records. Under the PDPA you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time — write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
